Our highly-trained experienced team advise on all areas of stoves and fireplaces, from general enquires to installation queries. All our engineers are Gas Safe or HETAS registered. On completion of any gas or solid fuel work, you receive the relevant paperwork for your records. This proves our dedication to a professional service. On top of this, we can arrange for a site survey on your property to discern the best course of action. An engineer or our survey team will travel to your home to conduct the survey at a time to suit you.

Our fully qualified HETAS and Gas Safe engineers carry out site surveys, chimney sweeping, and servicing on gas fires. Building work and plastering services are also provided, which means that you only deal with one company! Builders and engineers can also request our ‘supply only’ option. This allows you to collect it from our showroom or receive delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Fitting a fireplace is not a DIY job. It should be carried out by a competent, experienced engineer. If it’s a solid fuel fireplace, it should be installed by a HETAS engineer. A gas fire must be installed by a Gas Safe engineer. Please remember, it is your legal responsibility to ensure the safe installation in your own home.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted at Kelvin Fireplaces Ltd. Our team require a 50% deposit when you place an order, and the balance is due a few days before the installation date. Our experts phone you to confirm that your fireplace materials are ready. We then arrange an installation date. All necessary building and plastering work is completed, and we can arrange a range of professional trades for you. These include the following:
Supply only orders are also accommodated, but Kelvin Fireplaces cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith and are correct at the time of ordering, however, these dates are approximate and subject to change. Kelvin Fireplaces cannot and will not accept responsibility for deliveries that may slightly run over the original delivery date quoted. Any delay on delivery will not constitute good reason for cancellation of the order placed. Please do not arrange the installation date until products are delivered and checked.
